ALCC EXPANSION: THE CENTER GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION
The City of Monroe invites residents, community partners, and local stakeholders to celebrate the official Grand Opening of ALCC Expansion: The Center — a new community hub designed to connect residents with educational resources, workforce development opportunities, library services, and collaborative community spaces.
Located at 120 Eastchester Street, the expanded facility now serves as home to the new
Lillian Stewart Navarre Branch Library,
The Learning Bank, and the
Monroe County Opportunity Center, creating a shared environment centered around community-focused services and programming.
This project represents a major community investment focused on collaboration, lifelong learning, and neighborhood revitalization and brings together multiple services under one roof to support learning, creativity, opportunity, and community engagement for residents of all ages.
