Help Choose Monroe’s Next “I Voted” Sticker
Help us celebrate Monroe’s young artists and the power of participation.
The City of Monroe is pleased to announce the 2026 “I Voted” Sticker Contest.
This initiative showcases the creativity of local students ages 5 through 18 who submitted original artwork celebrating civic engagement and the importance of voting. Community participation plays a key role in selecting the winning designs that will be featured on the City’s official “I Voted” stickers for upcoming elections.
In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, participants are encouraged to get patriotic and create a design that shows what America means to them. Be creative! While patriotic designs are encouraged, other original artwork that follows the contest rules is welcome, too.
CONTEST TIMELINE:
- August 12 - September 27: Artwork submissions accepted
- September 28: The top three designs from each age group will be announced
- October 5-18: Public voting period. Only one voter per IP address, per day
- October 19: Winner announcement
- November 3: Election Day
Full participation rules and guidelines linked below. Entry Deadline: September 27, 2026.
Best of Luck to our Artists!
