2023 - 2027 Master Plan
The City of Monroe has completed its draft Parks, Trails and Recreation Five-Year Master Plan and will accept written comments on the proposed plan until January 16, 2023.
The Plan is a requirement to remain eligible for state and federal grants administered by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and will help guide the future development of parks and recreation in the City.
