Designed to serve residents of all ages, The Center features flexible gathering spaces, educational and workforce development resources, youth activity areas, community meeting rooms, creative collaboration spaces, and enhanced amenities that support learning, connection, and opportunity throughout Monroe. Residents are invited to explore the new facility and discover the programs, resources, and services available within this one-of-a-kind community hub.
Located in the heart of Monroe's Orchard East neighborhood, The Center is the result of a transformative expansion of the former Arthur Lesow Community Center.

The facility brings together several community-focused organizations under one roof, including the
Lillian Stewart Navarre Branch Library,
The Learning Bank, and the
Monroe County Opportunity Center, creating a collaborative space dedicated to education, workforce development, lifelong learning, and community engagement.
The community center provides positive family oriented educational, social, cultural, and recreational experiences and services. Enrichment classes, full basketball court and kitchen, and community group activitiesare just a few of the many services offered to residents.
Stop by, take a tour, and experience firsthand how this significant community investment is helping strengthen neighborhood connections and expand access to valuable resources and services throughout Monroe!
