We need your comments, suggestions, compliments, and complaints.    If you are unhappy with the service you receive, we want to know about it.

How do you file a complaint?     

Contact the department to request a citizen complaint form.

- You will receive notification that your compaint is being investigated.

- A thorough investigation will be conducted.

- You will receive notification of the results of the investigation.
