GOAL: Intensify City-Wide Economic Development Initiatives
Objective: Develop comprehensive economic development and re-development strategies and action plans.

Objective: Stabilize fragile and vulnerable neighborhoods through focused and consistent ordinance enforcement.
Objective: Integrate tourism, downtown initiatives, and historical assets, especially the National Park Battlefield, into development efforts.
